Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every participant to be in the right program. This policy explains when you can cancel, when you can get a refund, and how to request one.

1. 14-day refund window

You may request a full refund of the amount paid within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 25% of the curriculum and have not received more than two one-to-one strategy sessions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

2. After the 14-day window

After 14 days, the Program fee is non-refundable because live sessions, one-to-one time and materials have already been delivered. You may still cancel any remaining scheduled payments by agreement in cases of documented hardship — contact us and we will work with you in good faith.

3. Subscriptions and recurring plans

If your Program renews monthly, you may cancel at any time before the next renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges; the current billing period is not pro-rated. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. Payment plans and pay-over-time options

If you paid using an installment or pay-over-time option offered at checkout, an approved refund is returned to that provider and your plan is adjusted or cancelled by them accordingly. Your financing agreement is with that provider; questions about your installment schedule should also be directed to them.

5. What is not refundable

• Fees for sessions already delivered beyond the limits in section 1
• Programs terminated for breach of the Terms of Service (for example, sharing materials)
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us — please talk to us first, we resolve almost everything

6. How to request a refund

Email hello@brfitscale.com from the email address used at purchase with the subject line "Refund Request" and your order date. We acknowledge every request within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take additional days to post the credit.
