Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the BRFitScale™ website (brfitscale.com) and your purchase and use of our education and training programs ("Programs"). By using the site or enrolling in a Program, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

BRFitScale™ provides professional business education, training and advisory services for fitness professionals (personal trainers, nutritionists and coaches) who operate or want to operate an online coaching business. Programs are delivered remotely and typically include:

• Structured curriculum and training modules (video lessons and written materials)
• Live group training and Q&A sessions on a recurring schedule
• Scheduled one-to-one strategy sessions, depending on the Program purchased
• Templates, scripts, checklists and implementation resources
• Access to a private community and support channel during the Program term

We do not provide medical, nutritional, psychological, legal, tax, accounting, immigration or investment advice. We do not provide personal training services to end consumers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Programs are sold to business owners and professionals for business purposes.

3. Enrollment and pricing

Programs are sold by application and consultation. Scope, deliverables, Program term and the total fee are confirmed in writing (order form, invoice or checkout page) before payment is taken. Prices are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and, where available, installment and pay-over-time options offered by Stripe's partners. Where you choose a pay-over-time option, your agreement for that financing is with the relevant provider and is subject to their terms and approval; BRFitScale™ receives the payment upfront and remains responsible for delivering the Program.

If you enroll on a payment plan billed directly by us, you authorize the scheduled charges. Failed or missed payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.

5. Delivery

Access credentials and onboarding instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout, normally within one business day of payment. Live sessions follow the schedule communicated at onboarding.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee any specific revenue, income, or business outcome. Any results referenced on this site are individual outcomes achieved by specific participants and are not typical or promised. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

8. Intellectual property

All materials, curriculum, frameworks and templates are the property of BRFitScale™ and are licensed to you for your personal business use during the Program term. Reproduction, resale, sharing of login credentials, or distribution of materials is prohibited and may result in termination without refund.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Programs or community to harass others, to promote unlawful activity, or to make unlawful or deceptive marketing claims in your own business.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRFitScale™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Program giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith by contacting hello@brfitscale.com.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. The Terms in force at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
