This Privacy Policy explains how BRFitScale™ ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit brfitscale.com, submit an application, book a call, or enroll in one of our Programs.

1. Information we collect

• Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, country/city, professional background, current business situation and goals submitted through our application form or booking form.
• Transaction information: billing name, billing address, purchase amount and payment status. Card numbers are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and pages viewed, collected through standard web logs and analytics.

2. How we use it

• To review your application and determine program fit
• To contact you about your application, scheduled calls and enrollment
• To deliver, support and improve the Programs you purchase
• To process payments, issue invoices and prevent fraud
• To send service updates and, with your consent, marketing emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations

3. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate the business, including:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing, fraud prevention and, where offered, pay-over-time options
• Email, scheduling and CRM providers used for communication and onboarding
• Hosting and analytics providers used to run and measure this website

We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

5. Retention

We keep application data for up to 24 months and client and transaction records for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law (generally 7 years).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client data is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
